Kerala KTET Registration 2023 Begins

Registration for the October session of Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET 2023) opens today.

The Pareekshabhavan will make the Kerala KTET application form 2023 available on its official website.

The test is scheduled for December 29 and 30, according to the board's announcement.

There will be four categories for the exam: language instructors teaching Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Urdu; lower elementary, upper primary; and high school. instructors of art and craft and teachers of sports up to the upper primary level.

The deadline for KTET registration is November 17.

Updates pertaining to the TET test will be available on the SCERT website, scert.kerala.gov.in , pareekshabhavan.kerala.gov.in , and ktet.kerala.gov.in .

The application cost for KTET is 500 rupees per category. SC, ST and differently-abled applicants will have to submit Rs 250.

KTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the KTET 2023 should have received at least 48% of their marks in their senior level or upper secondary examination.

Additionally, the candidates had to have earned a technical education diploma or the Trained Teachers Certificate.

There will be four papers in the October 2023 KTET. Paper 1 of the KTET is for teaching positions in Classes 1 through 5, while Paper 2 is for positions in Classes 6 through 8.

Instructors who want to teach in grades 9 through 12 should apply to KTET Category 3, whereas language instructors should apply to Category 4.

First, the candidates need to register themselves on the official website of the exam. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/.

Step 2: Look for the notification displaying new registration. Click on it.

Step 3: Fill in all the necessary details in the registration form like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Contact number, Email Id, etc.

Step 4: Click on Submit and note down the system-generated registration ID and Password.
