MET Counselling 2024 - Round 4 Seat Allotment Result, Schedule, Process, and Document Verification Details

Manipal Academy of Higher Education is scheduled to release the MET 2024 seat allotment results for round 4 on July 31st after 8 PM. The MET 2024 seat allotment result will be published on the official website, manipal.edu, by the authority. Candidates must have their application number and password to view the seat allotment for MET 2024. The registration and choice filling for round 4 of MET 2024 counselling concluded on July 28, 2024. Only candidates who have cleared the Manipal Entrance Test are allowed to take part in the Manipal University Counselling.

The governing body has released the MET 2024 seat allotment results for the first three rounds on June 13, June 24, and July 7, 2024. The MET results for Phase 1 were released on April 20, 2024, and for Phase 2 on May 23, 2024. Eligible applicants were required to complete the registration for Manipal B.Tech counselling, after which they needed to submit their choices and upload the necessary documents. Students were required to remit the counselling fee for MET 2024 . Those who have been allotted seats during the Manipal seat allotment 2024 must report to the designated institute to confirm their admission for MET 2024.

MET Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have MET 2024 rank
• Candidate should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with compulsory subjects Physics, Mathematics, and English.
• The candidate is required to have at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and one elective subject.

MET Counselling and Seat Allotment 2024

MAHE will conduct the MET counselling process through online mode.  Eligible and selected candidates must register for the MET 2024 counselling and complete the choice filling process and upload required documents. After that, the authorities will release seat allotment for each round of MET counselling.

MET Counselling and Seat Allotment Process

• Step 1: Registration- The candidates interested in MET counselling 2024 has to register on the official website. During registration, candidates will need to provide all necessary details.
• Step 2: Online Choice Filling- To select their preferred campus and courses, candidates are required to log in to candidate portal using the application number,  Password.
• Step 3: Documents Upload- Candidates need to upload the necessary documents to take part in the MET counselling and seat allocation process.
• Step 4: Seat Allotment- Candidates seats are allocated by the authorities depending on their ranking in the merit list. Students must log in to the candidate portal to verify the status of their seat allotment for MET. Students who did not receive a seat in the previous rounds will be automatically included in the next round's seat allocation.
• Step 5: Report Institute- To complete the admission process, students must visit to allotted institute. It is important for students to have provisional MET seat allotment letter 2024 and all necessary documents.

8. MET Hall Ticket.
9. Authorization Letter (in case a representative is attending on behalf of a candidate).
10. JEE Mains 2024 January scorecard / SAT score / any state CET marks.

MET Counselling Fees

The fee for MET counselling 2024 is Rs. 10,000, paid as a waitlist deposit that must be submitted online when registering for MET counselling 2024. Candidates who have completed the payment of MET counselling fees will be able to proceed with Manipal choice filling for the online MIT Manipal counselling 2024. Upon the announcement of MET B.Tech counselling allotment results in any round, the candidate must make payment for 1st installment fee within the given timeline to confirm seat allotment.

The counselling fees paid during registration for MET will be transformed into a refundable caution deposit, as a Course fee. If the candidate is not assigned a seat in any counselling rounds, the waitlist deposit will be refunded within one month after completion of all MET counselling rounds.
