DTE Kerala began the online registration process for Kerala M.Tech 2024 admission on July 25, 2024. The registration link for Kerala M.Tech 2024 has been updated on the official website, dtekerala.gov.in, by the authority.  Eligible candidates with valid GATE scores can apply for admission to Kerala M.Tech 2024. Admission for non-GATE-qualified candidates will be facilitated by DTE Kerala in case of any available vacant seats. The authority will conduct the counselling for Kerala M.Tech admission 2024 online. Seats will be assigned to candidates according to their merit, preference, and the availability of seats.

Kerala M.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2024

Kerala M.Tech 2024 admissions eligibility criteria have been released by the authorities. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to the Kerala M.Tech program in 2024. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for final admission to Kerala M.Tech.

Kerala M.Tech 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech program in Kerala must meet the following eligibility criteria.

• Candidates should be Indian citizen.
• Candidates should have completed their graduation from AICTE /UGC-approved Deemed Universities in India
• Candidates who started graduation from a foreign university have to obtain an equivalency certificate from A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University.
• Candidates must have graduated from an institution recognized by AICTE/Deemed Universities in India, with a minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying exam. SC/ST candidates are only required to pass, without any minimum aggregate marks. SEBC (OBC) candidates need to secure a minimum of 54% aggregate marks in their B.Tech qualifying exam.
• Candidates who qualify AMIE/AMIETE examination with a minimum of 55% in Section B and a valid GATE score will be eligible for Kerala M.Tech admission 2024.
• Candidates who are scheduled to take the final semester exam will qualify if they have successfully completed all subjects up to the 6th semester (8th semester for B.Arch candidates). The eligibility of these candidates will be verified once they submit their qualifying degree before the University's specified deadline.
• Candidates should have qualified GATE.
• Admission for non-GATE qualified candidates from Kerala will be determined by their B.Tech qualifying exam scores if seats are not filled.

Kerala M.Tech Reservation Criteria 2024

Kerala M.Tech Counselling 2024

Qualified candidates have the opportunity to take part in the Kerala M.Tech 2024 counselling. The Kerala M.Tech admission process will consist of three counselling rounds. Candidates will be invited to participate in the Kerala M.Tech counselling based on their ranking. The allocation of seats will be determined by GATE scores, candidate preferences, and seat availability. Once allocated, candidates must download their provisional allotment letter and secure their Kerala M.Tech admission by reporting to the assigned college and paying the admission fee. If vacancies still exist, non-GATE candidates from other states will be allocated seats.

Kerala M.Tech Registration Process

The application form for Kerala M.Tech 2024 was initiated by the authorities on July 25, 2024. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria for Kerala M.Tech before applying,

• Step 1 - Registration: All candidates must register using the official website. They will need to provide personal details, email address, mobile number, and other necessary information in order to complete the registration process.
• Step 2 - Fees Payment : Candidates must make the payment of the application fee using a challan. They are advised to print out the challan generated by the system and deposit the fee at the designated branch of the State Bank of Travancore.

Kerala M.Tech Rank List 2024

The authorities will publish a separate Kerala M.Tech 2024 rank list for government-aided and private institutions. The rank list for Kerala M.Tech admissions will be established based on GATE scores. Candidates have the opportunity to examine the temporary Kerala M.Tech rank list. Following this, the final Kerala M.Tech 2024 rank list will be issued by the authorities.
