The National Institute of Design (NID) released the NID DAT seat allocation 2024 for Round 2 of B.Des admissions on its official website on June 24, 2024, at 4:10 PM. Candidates may get their Round 2 results for the NID DAT counselling process in 2024 by visiting the official NID admissions website at admission.nid.edu. Additionally, the process of confirming the NID seat and making a non-refundable fee payment.

The seat allotment for the NID 2024 B.Des. program's 2nd round will be released on June 24th, 2024. An interim offer letter has been sent for the Master of Design program. The National Institute of Design (NID) is responsible for administering this test. Each year, a national level admission test is performed. Admission to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate design courses, namely the B.Des and M.Des programs, is available via this examination. The term often used to refer to the examination is NID DAT (Design Aptitude Test). This examination is administered in two levels, namely Prelims and Mains. Admission to NID, Ahmedabad and its campuses is available only to those who have successfully passed the exam.

After successfully completing the NID DAT Prelims, candidates are required to proceed to the DAT Mains. The ultimate NID DAT 2024 examination outcomes will be established by assigning importance to both DAT Prelims and DAT Mains. The expected cut-off scores for NID DAT will range from 70 to 80 out of 100. Applicants from the General, General-Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Other Backward Class-Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories must submit a confirmation fee of Rs 30,000. International or abroad students must pay a total of Rs 75,000, which includes convenience fees.

NID DAT Result 2024

The National Institute of Design released the results of the NID DAT Prelims for the M.Des program on February 16, 2024. The announcement of the B.Des program outcomes is scheduled on March 28, 2024. The results will be accessible via the NID admittance site on the internet. To verify the NID DAT 2024 results, please adhere to the following steps:

NID DAT 2024 Counselling

The NID DAT 2024 counselling procedure is the last stage in this process, providing admission to the 425 B.Des seats available at NID's four campuses. In order to qualify for NID DAT 2024 counseling, applicants are required to pass both the Prelims and Mains examinations. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will get certain concessions in the cutoff scores, in accordance with the stipulated rules. The counseling for NID DAT 2024 will take place in person at the NID Ahmedabad campus. Selected applicants will undertake a comprehensive review procedure, taking into account their ranking based on merit, category as a candidate, and the availability of seats.
